804 – Some Guy – The Walking Dead
This week, Dennis & Ryan make their triumphant return, breaking down episode 804 of The Walking Dead entitled “Some Guy.” The general consensus is this episode is absolutely ludicrous, and yet, WE SMILE. It’s a hearty blend of 80s inspired fire fights, unintentionally funny action scenes, tearful goodbyes, and some damn fine acting by Khary Payton, aka King Ezekiel. If you ignore some of the blatantly obvious production issues like weapons that don’t actually fire, heavy weaponry that does minimal damage, and a 500 lb tiger being taken out by 7 walkers, this is The Walking Dead at its best.
