801 – Mercy – The Walking Dead
Season 8 is here and the war has begun! This was quite the mild season opener, even though we were treated to a number of war-related scenes. All in the all, inconsistencies and direct contradictions had a pretty severe impact on our suspension of disbelief and overall enjoyment of the episode — it’s starting to make us wonder whether The Walking Dead is even trying anymore. But there were some definite high points, like the flashbacks/forwards/sideways.
