In the event that you ever doubted that The Walking Dead was an international sensation, doubt no more.
In London, for the next two weeks (September 22 through October 4), guests of “The Chop Shop” restaurant can enjoy “A Feast to Die For,” featuring menu items celebrating the DVD release of season five of the show. The limited time only fare will include a cocktail named, “Welcome to Terminus Bloody Red Poison,” “5 Wings for 5 Seasons of The Walking Dead” (wings), “Pan infested Cannibal Chop, Fresh Blood and Crispy Ear Made from Fear” (pan roasted pork chop with ketchup), and “Infested Lice Cream served with Brain Remains” (vanilla ice cream with rhubarb compote and crumble).
The cost to indulge in this unique dining experience is £30 (US $46.31) per person.
The Chop Shop is part of the New York based Altamarea Group, and is self-described as, “a fun and relaxing place to have a bite … to rendezvous and meet friends … a lively neighborhood restaurant.”
